What is your processing time? 

Our processing time is currently 7-10 days. Please understand that this is the time it takes for us to hand craft your order before it is shipped out for delivery.

What method of shipping do you use?

- We use USPS for all our shipping needs. We use first class and priority depending on the weight of your order.

My tracking says my order was delivered, but I did not receive it. What should I do?

- Please reach out to your local USPS office so they can check the exact GPS location of where your package was scanned. Sometimes the USPS marks packages delivered by mistake and the package shows up 1-3 days later. Sweet Pea Magnolia Co is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

What is your cancelation/refund policy?

- All sales are final. We do not allow cancelations due to every order being made to order. If there is an issue with your order or it arrives damaged, please reach out to us with picture proof so we can make it right. 

Why do I see some candles with black lids and some with white lids?

- Due to the Corona Virus pandemic our suppliers are very limited on certain supplies we use. A lot of times they are completely out of stock on certain lids and we have to use what is currently available to us which results in us either having lids in black or white. 

What type of wax are your candles made out of?

- We use 100% all natural SOY wax. 

I accidentally put in the wrong shipping address/name, can I change it?

- Please be sure to confirm your address and name on your order is correct before placing your order because we can not change them once the order is placed. We will have to cancel/refund the order so you can then reorder with the correct shipping information.

Do you sell wholesale?

How long does it take to hear back from someone at the Shop?

- Please allow 24-48 hours for one of our staff to get back to you. We are a very small family ran business so it can take us a little longer to get back to everyone, but someone will be in contact with your shortly.
